She is also preparing for her UK Strength and Conditioning Accreditation which will further develop her skills in Weight Lifting and programming for Elite athletes.
Working in the sports and leisure industry for over 17 years, Kay offers Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release to treat her clients' injuries and pain conditions. Kay works with everyone from office workers to elite athletes and offers services from her clinic in Eastbourne. Whether you're a sports person or not, if you have a pain condition, Kay looks forward to helping you.
