Our outdoor group training sessions are designed to increase functional strength, conditioning, endurance and stamina while creating a powerful stimulus for fat loss and lean muscle retention.

We specialise in Kettlebell and Strongman/Woman training. We also provide body weight exercise and boxing training. Our range of classes take place in the green areas of Eastbourne and by the glorious seafront.

We cater for all levels of fitness and ability and you can be sure to feel supported in your journey. We offer an inclusive, friendly and strong community of like-minded individuals bonded by betterment and fun training.

    Eastbourne Personal Trainer Matt Shore, founder of Train Strong Personal Training, delivers services to the highest standards. Underpinned by 18 years of experience, he works with people from all walks of life, from elite level athletes looking to gain a competitive edge, to those with health issues looking to improve their quality of life & people whose goal is to lose body fat and feel better in their skin.

    Charlotte Cartwright

    Charlotte is a fully qualified Personal trainer and StrongFirst Level 1 Kettlebell instructor. She has a huge amount of practical knowledge and experience gained through years of study and working with elite level athletes. She is also preparing for her UK Strength and Conditioning Accreditation which will further develop her skills in Weight Lifting and programming for Elite athletes.

    Kay Shore

    Working in the sports and leisure industry for over 17 years, Kay offers Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Release to treat her clients' injuries and pain conditions. Kay works with everyone from office workers to elite athletes and offers services from her clinic in Eastbourne. Whether you're a sports person or not, if you have a pain condition, Kay looks forward to helping you.
