Eastbourne Personal Trainer Calum Mckeen believes Personal Training is a way of life where you show up for yourself on a regular basis.
It’s about reaching your personal goals through practice and consistency.
This can be achieved with expert guidance, to create the safest and most beneficial form and movements, and Calum uses his extensive knowledge of the human body, how it moves, and how it responds, to programme each clients’ sessions based on his clients’ individual needs.
Calum takes a holistic approach to each client session. His passion for creating balance in the human body is always front of the mind, whether it’s strength and conditioning with kettlebells and maces, mobility and breathing techniques, walking, running, or supporting clients’ nutritional needs.
In his role as an Eastbourne Personal Trainer Calum works with people of all ages and fitness levels, who want to make strong and positive changes for themselves. Whether it’s to take to take fitness to a whole new level, lose fat or just help their body to move pain free.
The different tools and techniques used in personal training sessions are both unique and functional, and chosen to match the needs and goals of each client.
As a mobile personal trainer, Calum can bring these tools and techniques to parks, client’s homes and even places of work. The equipment consists of kettlebells, steel maces, Bulgarian bags, slam balls, power bands and the most useful piece of kit….The Mat!

I run weekly Swing HIIT Classes which focus on using Kettlebells for overall fitness, a monthly steel mace class for beginner and intermediate levels and also a six week transformation kick start package on a regular basis.”
