“Working with me is always a team effort. I support the people I work with on many levels. Training and Nutrition is just one part of the jigsaw puzzle of personal betterment.”
Upholding his belief of Strong Mind, Strong Body Matt helps the people he works with to challenge their perceived limitations, discover their own power and unlock their true potential.
Matt highly values the qualities of consistency, openness, dedication and a willingness to step out of a comfort zone and move towards new challenges and ultimately – change.
“I coach from a holistic perspective to help people identify patterns and behaviours that have been holding them back and preventing them from achieving that which their hearts desire.
When you contact me we have a FREE consultation to identify your goals, gain insight into previous barriers to success and then formulate a potential plan for moving ahead. It also gives an opportunity to see whether we are a good fit to work together.”
As an athlete himself, Matt lives the teachings of his work and has been a competitive athlete for over 25 years, 4 of which were at National Level.
In recent times Matt has been involved in a number of mountain based endurance challenges based on those delivered by the UK Elite Special Forces.
“I pride myself on the level of support I provide to my clients. I am a listener, problem solver, leader and motivator. I support everyone I work with physically, psychologically, emotionally and spiritually.”
