XTreme Wednesday Eastbourne

XTreme Wednesday Eastbourne is an express high intensity 45 minute group fitness session that combines Kettlebell Training, Body Weight Drills, Running and much more! The PERFECT way to kick off your day!
Our XTreme Wednesday Eastbourne session is one our most popular sessions. Located on the seafront on the Fort Fun car park this group session takes place for 50 weeks of the year and can transform you into a super tough, super fit outdoor fitness machine in next to no time!
Each week you will encounter new challenges and every session is varied. Team games and challenges are often a feature within this session ensuring there is never a dull moment and strong sense of camaraderie!
Eastbourne Boot Camp
We use a combination of Kettlebells, Body Weight, Beach Sprints/Runs and drills to ensure every muscle is worked hard and after 45 minutes you are left in no doubt that you have earned your breakfast!
Prior to attending any of our classes you will be required to complete a FREE 45 minute induction so that you can get stuck in to our sessions as soon as possible!
This class is NOT suitable for those who have never exercises before in any capacity.
This class has great camaraderie. It WILL strengthen you. It WILL help you to reach BEYOND your perceived limitations and achieve new HEIGHTS.

This class runs in monthly blocks from the 1st of each month.

Weekly for 1 Month
  • A FREE 55 minute induction MUST be completed prior to attending. £10 deposit must be paid in advance which is then deducted from your first booking payment.
  • ALL blocks MUST be paid in advance through BACS, Cash or Cheque.
  • A 24 hour cancellation policy is in place.
  • Missed sessions are not refunded as your place cannot be resold.
